A sales model that went public
Beyond the sales center, the 4 × 6 foot model was shown at NAVA's booth at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, where festival-goers could gather around it and ask questions about a project that wasn't built yet.
Taking the same residential model to a public festival brought the proposed development into a different kind of conversation. People encountering the project at NAVA’s booth could see its physical form before asking about the homes. At one inch to eight feet, the display translates building dimensions into a scale people can inspect, while its four-by-six-foot footprint accommodates a view of the development and site.
