Ko Olina Resort
Marriott commissioned an interactive architectural model of its Ko Olina resort on Oahu to help salespeople explain the building and individual unit options.
Resort models that connect units with their setting
A salesperson can light the entire building or select units by type and outlook, so a buyer sees exactly where a unit sits and what it faces. We also lit the pools and ocean, and added palms, umbrellas and other details that place the building in its coastal setting.
For a resort presentation, decide which questions visitors need answered: where a unit sits, what it faces and how it relates to the amenities. Here, the salesperson lights the units on the model itself while the coastal setting stays in view. Our interactive scale models page explains how controls and supporting content can follow the questions a physical presentation needs to answer.
