Shea Properties commissioned a model of its 999 office building in Denver for a presentation to real estate brokers while the building was still under construction.
ABOUT THE MODEL
A table model for leasing conversations
At 20 × 24 inches and 1 inch = 8 feet, the model is sized for a table, so brokers can gather around it, compare the building's proportions from different angles and discuss the space before it's finished.
Brokers saw the building before they could tour it. The model gave them one consistent reference they could view from several sides, without flipping between drawings or slides. At 1 inch = 8 feet, the whole building fits on a tabletop.
