Central Park Development
Before the first home went up at Central Park, formerly Stapleton, the developer needed a sales center model. The site had been Denver's old airport, so buyers needed help picturing a new community on that land.
ABOUT THE MODEL
A neighborhood before it existed
The 6 × 8 foot model shows the streets, residential areas and open spaces together at 1 inch = 100 feet. Visitors could look over the whole plan, find the neighborhood they were interested in, see what would surround it, and come back to the model as new questions came up.
