The Concours Club, a driving-focused resort development in South Florida, commissioned a model for its sales center.
The course is the centerpiece
For a club built around driving, the shape of the track is a big part of what buyers need to understand. The 3 × 7 foot model shows the driving course, buildings and resort setting together, so visitors see how the course relates to the rest of the property before discussing individual buildings and amenities.
The driving course defines the organization of this resort presentation. A viewer can follow its shape first, then locate buildings in relation to it. At one inch to forty feet, the seven-foot-long display gives the course and surrounding development a common scale. This supports a sales conversation about the property’s overall layout before attention moves to a specific building or part of the resort.
