We have created many sunglasses for SunCloud Inc. This work required duplicating the shore durometers for materials ranging from rubberized to high impact plastics. RTV casting materials were utilized to make the molds with various urethanes for the parts. Dyes were infused in the material to create the color and transparency required. These are wearable models used to prove the designs and create marketing photos.
The modeling of electronic components is done almost exclusively using 3D printing technology. Our machine builds your part from ABS plastic with a high resolution finish.
